Young Ambassadors for Wilderness program!
Young Ambassadors for Wilderness is a new program for youth aged 13-16 that works to cultivate the next generation of wilderness leaders.
Students work one-on-one with an adult mentor over a 20-month period, learning wilderness, leadership, and communication skills.

The program runs April 2013 - November 2014.
Unique opportunities include:
- Wilderness outing
- Shadowing a wilderness ranger
- Attending the National 50th Anniversary of Wilderness Conference in New Mexico in October 2014
- Sharing your knowledge with others
