Colorado College Summer Session for Pre-College Students

Colorado College welcomes all current juniors in high school to our pre-college programs. High school seniors who plan to attend college next year are also welcome to apply to our summer session courses.

• Tuition rates for study during the summer at Colorado College are exceptionally competitive. A summer course is approximately one-half the tuition charged during the regular year.

• Classes are taught by our own renowned faculty, who are experts in their fields and active scholars.

• Colorado has the most beautiful mountains of the country. (Not that we’re biased or anything.)

• Our backyard is our classroom too; Geology of the Pikes Peak Region, The Anthropology of Food in the Southwest, and Environmental Stewardship all let you explore our region.

• Small class sizes with 5 to 20 students; personal interaction with other students and faculty is key.

• Classes are taught on the Block Plan, our year-round, one-course-at-a-time calendar format.

• We provide mentoring, information about applying to college, and weekend activities in Colorado.

• No mosquitoes, guaranteed!

Experience the unique intellectual adventure that is Colorado College.
